Before you can upload any games to Kongregate, you first need an account on Kongregate (see 'Sign In' at the top of the page at Kongregate.com), then you need to register as a developer (see 'Become a Developer' in the footer). This is the first step of Kongregate’s Easy 7-step Game Publishing Process.
For more details, see SUBMISSION | How do I submit a game to Kongregate? It's Easy!
Once Kongregate approve you as a developer, you'll have access to the Developer Portal and will follow the remaining easy steps to getting your game published.
Note that developers will automatically receive bug reports for their game by email from players, and are required to respond promptly to those emails and bugs.
