CONTRACT | What rights do I grant to Kongregate?

As a developer that uploads a game, through the Game License & Upload Agreement (section 2) you grant Kongregate a non-exclusive worldwide license to:

• host your game

• distribute it through the platform

• promote and market it

• integrate it with Kongregate platform systems

• operate the game for players

This license lasts only while your game is available on the platform.
