Some programs are time limited, some programs may end, and developers may choose to opt in and out of new programs as they arise. Not all Programs are available all of the time.

- Games approved prior to April 2026 remain at the revenue share percentages in force at the time of their publication
Program Compliance
Participation in a Revenue Share Program is subject to the eligibility requirements set out in individual Program Documentation and the Revenue Program General Terms.
Kongregate may take action where a Game and/or developer does not meet Program requirements, including removal from the Program and adjustment of payments, as further described in the Revenue Program General Terms.
