PROCESS | Kongregate's Intellectual Property Infringement / DMCA Takedown Process

Kongregate take matters of intellectual property (“IP”) very seriously and would not knowingly infringe on or condone the infringement of another party’s IP.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2) (“DMCA”), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.  Our process for handling valid IP infringement claims is summarized in the illustration below.
