Yes.

Technology platforms evolve over time, and agreements may be updated to reflect:

• new platform features

• legal requirements

• policy updates

Developers will receive notice of material changes before they take effect. Developers should periodically check the following pages to see if there have been updates to:

• the Game License & Upload Agreement

• Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

• Royalty Share Programs

• Content Standards

• We will aim to notify you of any material changes to these or other important documents in advance through the Developer Portal

Developers who do not agree with changes may discontinue use of the platform by terminating in accordance with section 5 of the Game License & Upload Agreement.
