Section 3 of the Game License & Upload Agreement notes that developers can earn revenue shares up to 70% from their game. There isn't a fixed percentage because developers can choose their revenue percentage, according to which Revenue Share Programs they opt their game into.
This flexible model allows developers to choose the program structure that best fits their game.
You can find which royalty rate you chose on your game's page in the Developer Portal.
