Game License & Upload Agreement (Developer Upload Agreement)

The Game License & Upload Agreement (sometimes called the 'Game Upload Agreement' or 'Developer Upload Agreement') is the contract between Kongregate and each developer that publishes their game(s) on the Kongregate platform and governs how the platform / developer relationship works. It defines the license you grant Kongregate, how revenue share programs work, developer responsibilities, and other operational terms.
