TTR refers to the time allowed to resolve critical issues affecting your game.
Examples of critical issues may include:
game crashes
server outages
broken monetization systems
severe gameplay bugs
The Game License & Upload Agreement (section 4) includes service expectations to help maintain a stable experience for players.
What happens if a critical issue isn’t fixed quickly?
If a critical issue persists beyond the defined resolution window, revenue share deductions may apply (Game License & Upload Agreement section 4 i).
However:
total deductions are capped
developers may dispute issue classifications
Kongregate works with developers to resolve problems quickly
The goal is to maintain platform reliability, not penalize developers.
